Just as all the Mission 410 project teams need many talented volunteers to successfully accomplish their goals, so does your ministry.  Everyone knows, volunteers are the heart and soul of any successful ministry program. How do you recruit and keep volunteers? The purpose of this software is to allow your ministry team to describe the specific kind of help you need for the tasks, jobs, events, projects, celebrations, missions, trips, shows, classes, worship services and anything else you are doing.

Gather and save contact, job experience, education, or specialized skill information for new, existing and potential volunteers. Your team members do not all have to be active members but can be subject matter experts on specific topics, have special skills or needed certifications.  Create a searchable talent pool database for building teams for future events and projects.  You can ever expand your searches to include volunteers from your affiliate network of ministry groups.
